Personal Training
I offer personalised training sessions, whether it’s one-on-one or for duos/couples, in the comfort of your home, garden, a local park, or online. With years of experience, I craft bespoke fitness programs tailored to your current fitness level, personal preferences, and goals.
Qualified in a broad range of fitness disciplines, I keep workouts fresh, fun, and effective. I specialise in helping clients in their 50s, 60’s, and beyond stay fit, strong, and healthy—without the need for grueling workouts or fad diets.
Clients usually meet with me once or twice a week for their PT sessions. Between sessions, I provide tailored activities and exercises to keep the momentum going and encourage independent progress.
Personal Training with me starts from £45/hr depending on your location and whether training is for 1 or more person.
I provide all the equipment needed for your PT sessions, which can take place indoors or outdoors, depending on the space and your preferences. All you need to do is show up in comfortable clothing and footwear. If you have a home gym, I’m happy to utilise your facilities for your training sessions, to help you get the most out of your home set-up.
I travel to clients’ homes within a 5-mile radius of the A272 corridor, roughly between Billingshurst and Haywards Heath.
Getting started
Before starting training, I offer a free informal consultation to get to know you, understand your goals, and discuss how I can help. After that, we’ll schedule your sessions for the first few weeks, giving you a chance to try it out and see how it feels.
Classes and Group Training
Seniors Fitness
A fun and friendly low-impact exercise class for seniors.
Incorporates a gentle warm up, a circuit of resistance and light cardio exercises followed by stretching.
Mondays 10.30am – 11.30am
Cowfold Village Hall
£6/class
No formal booking required, but please contact Koen before attending for the first time as this class is very popular.
Thursdays 10.00am – 11.00am
Online (Zoom)
£6/class
No formal booking required, but please contact Koen before attending for the first time for payment and Zoom login details.
Total Body Conditioning
A low-impact all over body workout incorporating a light cardio warm up, resistance exercises with weights and bands, mat work for core strengthening and toning, rounded off with a good stretch.
Saturdays 8.00am – 8.45am
Online (Zoom)
£7.50/class
No formal booking required, but please contact Koen before attending for the first time for payment and Zoom login details.
Own mat, dumbbells (Koen can advise on weight) and resistance band are required for this session.
* Classes mostly run all year round, with the exception of bank holidays and family holidays. Koen will advise in advance if a session will not be running.
